    For over 23 years, I’ve enjoyed specialising in waterside property – focussing now on the areas of Mosman and Cremorne, and with experience right across Middle Harbour and the Northern Beaches.

    Robert is a creative, well-organised and entrepreneurial Sales Adviser with a Bachelor’s degree in Property and over 6 years experience in the industry.

    Growing up, exposed to the family business, Robert has often always experimented with tweaking existing property floor plan layouts – making them work more efficiently, adding value. This extends into everything Robert does for the business, successfully leading in sales negotiations support.

1) Search

Our Principal Agent, Vince Donovan, is up at 4am Monday-Saturday. And, in the car by 4.40am, ready to personally deliver our Market Insights update, to 4,500 homes across the Mosman and Cremorne areas each fortnight, in some cases completely customised to you.

2) Speak

Following personal delivery of our Market Insights, Vince is introducing himself for the first 2-hours of the day, to homeowners across the Mosman and Cremorne area. Speaking with new vendors and potential buyers. Because we are so active in our approach, our Principal Agent, Vince Donovan, works to match buyers to vendors, often before homes hit the market or sit too long.

3) Support

We’ll often support either buyer or seller, to connect with an adjacent purchase to help best close a deal where all parties' needs are met. Because we’re always 10-steps ahead, it’s not a worry if we find a great buyer for your property at a fantastic price, without you knowing your plans next – we work for you to keep that offer warm, while we find an ideal home, investment opportunity and support for your next chapter.
